This Agreement is made _____________________, between The Ragdoll Ranch (referred to as “stable”) located at _____________________, Arizona 85340 and ______________________________________ (referred to as “Owner”) residing at ___________________________________________________________, owner of the horse described in Section 2.
1. Fees.
(a) In consideration of _________________________ dollars per horse per month paid by Owner in advance on the _______ of each month, the stable agrees to board said horse beginning __________________.
(b) Options to the basic fee paid in the same timely fashion are available as listed below. Each additional requested service must be circled and initialed the owner. The fees are subject to change given 30 days written notice by Stable.
(c) A returned check fee of $26.00 will be accessed.

Standard of Care.
Stable agrees to provide normal and reasonable care to maintain the health and well - being of said horse. Stalled Horse(s) will be fed Alfalfa/grass hay two times a day. All horses MUST be current on vaccinations and worming prior to arriving.
3. Risk of Loss/Hold Harmless.
Owner agrees to hold Stable harmless from any act of negligence arising from any accident, injury or damage whatsoever, however caused to any person or persons, or the property of any person occurring during such term of this contract and arising out of the care of said horse.
4. Indemnity.
Owner agrees to hold Stable harmless from any claim caused by said horse(s).
5. Emergency Care.
If medical treatment is needed, Stable will call Owner. In the event Owner is not reached, Stable has the authority to secure emergency veterinary and/or farrier care. However, Stable has no responsibility to pay for such emergency care. Owner is responsible to pay all costs relating to this care.
6. Termination.
Either party may terminate this Agreement. Owner agrees to give Stable thirty days notice to terminate this Agreement.
7. Right of Lien.
Stable has the right of lien as set forth in the law of the State of Arizona for the amount due for board and additional agreed upon services and shall have the right, without process of law, to retain said horse(s) until the indebtedness is paid in full. Stable has the right to sell said horse(s) in the event board is not paid in full by said due date. A lock will be placed on the horse(s) stall when payment becomes delinquent.
8. Entire Agreement.
This constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties. Any modifications or additions MUST be in writing and signed by all parties to this Agreement. No oral modifications or additions will be considered to be part of the Agreement unless reduced to writing and signed by all parties.
